Chocolove
I bought three flavors - Cherries with almonds for Katie, Raspberry for Max, and for my
husband, Matthew, crystallized ginger--by the time the groceries were unpacked, they
were almost gone! I got a taste of each, they were truly marvelous.

Endangered Species Chocolate Company. (the ones with the animals on the wrapper.)

different animal package has a different flavor--like espresso or raspberry or almond. I
like the dark and white chocolate swirl bar. That’s Panda.”

190 cal, 18g fat, 19g carb, 5g fiber, 3g protein
You won’t believe it’s sugar-free and, in fact, it’s not. This not- too-sweet, lower-carb
chocolate contains Maltilol a “sugar alcohol” a popular new way of sweetening without
affecting blood sugar. But those carbs count and so do the calories. I buy mine whenever
I find it, irregularly, at Whole Foods Market.
